The studio

We are the games company inside Mango Zest Labs. Small bench, two projects in flight, and a habit of building the machinery as well as the thing it runs.

What we are

A games studio, not a genre.

Most studios our size pick a lane and stay in it. We did not, because the two things we wanted to make had nothing in common: a set of daily puzzles that has to produce fresh, fair content forever without anyone authoring it, and a survival adventure that has to hold a player's attention for hours at a time.

What carries between them is not the genre. It is the willingness to build the systems underneath — a generator and a solver for one, an art pipeline and a physics loop for the other — rather than treating those as somebody else's problem.

Immersive games and more in future. The next project gets whatever form it needs.

How we work

Build it, then keep it running.

01

The genre follows the idea

We aren't a puzzle studio or a horror studio. Each project gets the form it needs — a sixty-second daily, or a four-zone survival run — and the craft carries across.

02

Systems ship with the game

Content pipelines, solvers, art tooling, anti-cheat. The machinery is built alongside the game, so shipping is not the end of the work and running it is not a second job.

03

Made here, not licensed

Art, generators, backend and clients are ours. It keeps the projects cheap to run and means nothing we make depends on somebody else’s terms.

04

Small team, long horizon

Projects are scoped so a small bench can finish them and stay with them. We would rather run two things well than announce five.

Where we sit

Inside Mango Zest Labs.

Mango Zest Games is part of Mango Zest Labs, a venture studio that originates companies inside industries it already operates in and builds them on shared infrastructure. Games is one of those companies, taken to market under its own name.

Practically, that means we get an engineering bench and a shared foundation to start from, and we keep our own brand, our own roadmap and our own reasons for making things.
