reconstruct
An original image is generated for the day, cut into tiles and scrambled. Swap tiles until it is whole again — and try to do it in as few swaps as the puzzle strictly requires.
How a round plays
Put the picture back together.
- Tap one tile, then another, to swap them.
- The image resolves as tiles land in the right place.
- The round ends the moment the picture is correct.
Scoring and fairness
What the grade is measuring.
The ◆ grade. Your swap count against the mathematical minimum for that scramble. Match it for five ◆.
Hints.Places one tile correctly for you, and counts as a swap. Using one keeps you off the ranked board for that day, so a hint can rescue a round but never buy a rank.
How the result is proved.Replayed move log. Every one of the ten games is verified server-side in one of three ways — a replayed move log, a server-graded answer, or per-guess checks that end in a signed win token — so the leaderboard only counts results the server could reconstruct for itself.
- Verification: Replayed move log
- Puzzle source: Procedural
- Typical round: 2–4 min
Where it comes from
A new one, every night.
Tomorrow's reconstruct already exists. It was generated from a date seed, checked by a solver, and put in a queue that runs weeks ahead of today — so nothing ships the night it was made, and a bad batch never reaches a player.
